PERSONAL PROJECT (WIP)

This puppet, who does not yet have a name, is a personal project of mine. I wanted to try out different areas of puppet making that I haven't had that chance to try yet, the main being hair and costume. Additional plans for this puppet include, testing out more advanced face mechanics, rigging hair, slip-on boots, and replacement hands. I had planned on 3D printing the head, but now that I have graduated, I may do replacement faces that are fabricated by hand.
Sculpt: Medium Chavant clay was used for sculpting both the body and replacement hands. A simple armature was first constructed using 1/8" wire, Pro-Proxy, and square brass tubes.
